A day on a single book!
We live in a world which is always changing. The ancient Chinese had knowledge of how to navigate a path through these ups and downs. It was recorded in The Book of Change (Yijing), one of the Confucian and Daoist classics.
This day will explain the history, architecture and imagery of the book, using the recent new translation by Richard Bertschinger. He will use quiet and meditation, and aim to find a sense of wonder, inquiry and discovery which is the hallmark of mental health.
