LOUISE BYFORD
Louise first discovered the wonderful benefits of yoga in 1998. She felt so strongly that she wanted to share these experiences with others that she went on to train as a yoga teacher in 2001 with SUNRA. After some years she decided to expand her knowledge to a more hands on approach. She then trained in Thai yoga massage, an obvious companion to yoga, with METTA. During a trip to Goa she came across Indian head massage and felt inspired to add this to her repertoire.
She has also completed an ITEC Holistic massage qualification and continues to add to her repertoire with an ITEC Aromatherapy course.
