Explain briefly about the therapy

Personal Development Coaching heightens self-awareness, enabling clients to re-assess their lives and to focus on achieving a good balance in all areas of their life.

Within the coaching the practitioners use Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). This teaches how thoughts, feelings and behaviours are linked and gives the client techniques to use to change unwanted behaviours.  They also use Hypnotherapy to embed the new behaviour.

What the client can expect at the appointment

Within a private and confidential environment the client is offered a professional, motivating and supportive approach to re-assessing their life - this allows them the freedom to explore, set goals and move towards an exciting, fulfilling future.

What will happen in a session

The initial assessment will take one hour.  After this the client will be encouraged to explore a specific area of their life with a view to producing an action plan to help them move forward.  The therapist uses a variety of techniques to help the client achieve this.

How many sessions should the client need before they see a result

Usually six weekly sessions but this depends of the requirements of each client.
