TOMOKO BURGOINE

Tomoko was born in Japan in 1972. There she worked in a stressful business environment where she found that regular massage treatments successfully eased and soothed her back pain, stiff shoulders and neck, headaches,legs and feet, as well as reducing her stress level.

Tomoko came to England in 1999, and trained to become a qualified holistic therapist in 2004. She is passionate about the holistic and complementary therapy industry and has helped many clients with various conditions since. She is always enthusiastic with learning and obtaining new skills and knowledge.

In the past, Tomoko has offered holistic therapy seminar talks to several groups including carers groups at Wincanton, Bruton, NHS Magnolia Yeovil, students at Westfield secondary school Yeovil and young mothers groups at Reckleford children centre Yeovil.

Tomoko is a married mother of two young children. She loves her family time and is fascinated with children's growth. They, as a family, are registered guardians to care for young overseas students in Somerset. She is also a freelance interpreter for the Border and Immigration Agency, UK Home Office.

Tomoko is a volunteer complementary therapist at St. Margaret's Hopsice in Yeovil.

In her free time she enjoys yoga, swimming, walking and camping.
