Hatha Yoga is a particular system of yoga.
A yoga class suitable for all levels. Including Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asanas (yoga postures), meditation and relaxation techniques.

What will happen in a session

Starting with a relaxation and then moving on to gentle but effective floor stretches to open and release the body. Breathing techniques followed by the yoga postures and sequences including the sun salutation. Finishing with a meditation.

·    Improves circulation and skin tone.

Who would benefit from this type of exercise

One of the great things about yoga is that anyone can take it up and benefit from it. The key is to only do as much as your body will allow, and with regular practice you will find yourself becoming stronger, more supple and with a more positive outlook on life.
