Why Drumming
Drumming within a group is fun, uplifting, relaxing, calming and therapeutic as well as being sociable it builds communities and connects people. It is great for team building and stress release too!
What will happen in a session
You will learn correct playing technique on the drums and have opportunity to play different instruments. Traditional drumming patterns will be taught over the 5 sessions in a friendly and relaxed manner. All drums are provided - as well as tea and coffee!
You will also enjoy the therapeutic benefits of group drumming such as relaxation and stress release. No experience is necessary. All women are welcome.
What can the Class help
The class can help provide the opportunity to meet people and join in an atmosphere that helps you relax and have fun while learning a new skill.
Who would benefit from this type of exercise
Women of all ages are welcome and no experience is necessary.
